Most foreigners need to obtain an entry visa before entering China. We strongly recommend that you submit your entry application one month before leaving your country. All entry visa applicants are required to submit an invitation letter for the exhibition to the Consulate. If you need us to issue an invitation for the exhibition, please contact us.

Handling procedure

If more than one applicant needs to apply for a visa, please make copies of the invitation letter.

Please complete or type the application form in capital letters and send it back to us as soon as possible. We will send you an invitation letter as soon as possible after receiving your application.

According to the visa processing policy, please submit the application form together with the following required materials to us:

- Passport copy

- Chinese entry records

Once approved, we will send you the invitation by mail or fax.

If you need the original documents of the invitation letter at the Chinese Embassy or consulate in your country, we will mail the original documents to you at your own expense.

If you need an invitation letter from the Chinese government, you need to pay $50.

Please bring the invitation letter and passport to the Chinese Embassy or consulate for visa application.

The embassy or consulate may charge an additional service fee.

Matters needing attention

All applicants' passports need to be valid for at least 6 months.
